NetCrate is available as either a one-time hardware purchase with customer-managed services, or as an annual or lifecycle managed service package where Nexaer handles connectivity, support, and service administration.

Customer-Managed Purchase Options
Best for organizations that want to own the hardware and manage their own carrier and Starlink accounts.
Starlink configuration note: NetCrate can be configured for Starlink Mini, Starlink Gen 3 Standard, or customer-provided Starlink hardware depending on the quote configuration.
Unmanaged support boundary: Nexaer supports NetCrate hardware, configuration guidance, and activation assistance. Customer-managed services such as Starlink subscriptions, SIM plans, carrier billing, and account-level carrier support remain the customer’s responsibility.

Nexaer-Managed Service Options
Best for organizations that want a single point of contact and a ready-to-deploy connectivity capability with ongoing support.
Grant and procurement flexibility: Managed NetCrate packages can be quoted as annual service, 5-year lifecycle service, 10-year lifecycle service, or separated hardware/service line items.
This lets buyers align the package with award periods, internal approval requirements, and whether they want annual renewals or prepaid lifecycle coverage.
